Energy Coaching is for those that want to shift and come into alignment with themselves. They realize that coaching is something that becomes your lifestyle. Something that you will be living everyday.

At Sacred Connection we share all the tools you will need, we have amazing facilitators and are able to hold the sacred space that you need, so that you can discover  your deepest truth and bring more of that into your life now.

Energy Coaching Program is for a select few that are ready for dynamic change and are ready to take full responsibility of themselves and their lives. We create our own reality, so what do you choose?

The program includes:

• recorded personalized one hour sessions, weekly for 10 weeks, where we dive into the depth of you and bring out your magnificence.
• support via phone and Facebook PM in between sessions.
• 24/7 check-ins. I am connected to you energetically 24/7 for the duration of your program, which means any time day or night I may be doing energetic work on you.

What actually happens during a session? Every session is tailored to you! This allows the maximum potential to be reached. There are no limits to where this can take you. During any session we will connect and find out where you are at energetically and physically, therefore we are able to see where we need to give attention. The attention may be sound healing, guided processes, or holistic counseling. You will also get homework to deepen your session even further. There is also contact in between sessions when needed, so we can support you and check in on you as you are moving through your changes.

By choosing to gift this 10 weeks to yourself, you are really saying YES, to you. When you commit at this level you are able to move quickly through a lot of issues, beliefs and patterning that you have been holding on to for many years.

At the end of the 10 weeks you have a choice to continue weekly or to move to fortnightly sessions, this really ingrains the importance of energy coaching becoming your lifestyle, it allows you to keep in the flow and continuously expanding into more of you.
