52 Weeks of Tools – Week 2: Journaling
Journaling
We are going back to basics and reconnect to you. Journaling is an amazing tool for this. It is private sacred space that you can be totally honest with yourself. Cause let’s face it if you can’t be honest with yourself who can you be honest with????
Here are some questions that can start you on your journey of writing and if you don’t like writing you can video blog.
1: If I could have anything I want what would that be?
Broken down into smaller parts: What today can I do to make me happy? Eg go for a walk, meet up with a special friend that always makes me smile, dance around the house, meditate.
2: What does my deepest desire look like?
Broken down into smaller parts: What do I fantasize about the most? Is it something that you have played out? If not, why not? Is that possible or why do you believe that it is not possible?
3: What would I have to change for me to allow myself permission to have what I want?
Broken down into smaller parts: What beliefs do I have around self-worth? What did my parents say I could and couldn’t do? Where do I give myself permission and where don’t I and why?
These are deep questions so if they are blowing your mind right now, brake them down into smaller bites and then work up to the bigger deeper question. Stick with it and be really honest and raw and see where it takes you. From then on you can just check in with yourself and ask a question that you want to go deep with yourself about. What I like about asking yourself questions is that if there is a question to ask then there is an answer already there for you, the question just allows you to become conscious of the answer and integrate it into your life. Remember Ask and you will Receive
Juicy Blessings,
